- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
- Returned items must be intact in their original packaging.
- Customers are not responsible for the shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at order@natural-deo.com as soon as possible with your order details.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return or refund per our policies.
